All our rooms feature a private bath, refridgerators, remote CCTV, Hair dryers, air conditioners, telephones and wireless internet access. All rooms are non-smoking.

Our Rates & Policy
Nightly rates range from $89 to $185
All rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $25 per person charge for each additional person in a room.
There is no charge for children under 5.

Deposit
We require an advanced deposit equal to one night's lodging. Deposits may be made by credit card or personal check. Deposits made by personal check must be received within 14 days.

Cancellation & Refunds:
A refund of your deposit will be made if cancellation is received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If a last minute cancellation is necessary within 14 days of your arrival or if you do not call to cancel and do not arrive on the scheduled date or leave early you will forfeit your deposit unless we are able to sell the room. There is a $35 fee for all cancellations.

Note: for stays during July, August and October and holiday periods there is a 30-day cancellation policy.
